This is a three hour virtual online class, conducted with the IP Office Manager in standard mode, using the “Manager” Operator Login.
Prerequisites & Audience
Prior experience with the IP Office is not required.

To participate in this class, students must have the most recent version of the IP Office Manager application installed on their computer prior to the start of the class and have access to the IP Office that they will be administering.

•User Rights - Adding, deleting, or modifying
•ARS - Adding, deleting, or modifying
